Hi Nicola, Thank you so much for the lovely messages before our trip and when we got back, that was very much appreciated and a very kind gesture. The cruise was absolutely amazing, we had some reservations about doing a cruise and it exceeded our expectations. Disney definitely goes above and beyond to take care of your every needs, we felt quite spoiled and it was a bit of a shock when we got back to Orlando and stayed at a regular hotel. One of our favourite spots would have to be our verandah and the top deck at night; the warm breeze and the gentle sounds of the waves was so peaceful. Palo was absolutely superb, it was well worth the additional money. Being a foodie and all it was quite a culinary experience, we enjoyed it so much that we asked to get reservations for brunch on the last day at sea. We were very fortunate that they could accommodate, because we were once again blown away, it was so over the top, we couldn’t stop raving about it to our friends. Caviar, who serves caviar at brunch???? We loved it! This was truly a relaxing trip and it was great that everything was taken care of and we did not have to worry about anything. A lot of friends found out that we were going on the cruise and wanted a review of our overall experience and we would definitely recommend this cruise to all our friends. Thank you very much for all your help in organizing our family trip.

We have had Nicola arrange three vacations for us and are planning the fourth. The first cruise was 14 days in the Mediterranean plus 10 days in Italy. Nicola’s advice, the options she provided and the arrangements she made for us, allowed us to have a care free time. We even had a water taxi to our hotel in Venice from the cruise ship. Subsequent cruises in the Baltic and down the Danube have been equally well arranged.

Nicola has gone above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I had the best experience travelling to Paris. To begin, she was very accommodating. When I first called her she bent her schedule around to meet when/where it was convenient for me. Princess Cruise - Mediterranean

Hi Nicola, We had the most enjoyable twelve day Mediterranean cruise. The weather was good throughout the duration of the cruise. We did have some very warm days during our walking tours out in the open at Istanbul, Kusadasi and Athens but by large all the tours were fun and enlightening. Emerald Princess is a fantastic cruise ship. Its size and beauty are somewhat stunning. The treatment is first class. We wish to thank you, Nicola, for arranging this wonderful cruise for us. We will recommend you to anyone. Again, we enjoyed our stateroom immensely. It was beautiful and you did a very good job getting us this room.

Nicola, thank you so much for making our first cruise experience a great one. From meeting with you we did not know much of what we wanted. You took the time to listen and made suggestions that would suit our needs. We love the insight from an experienced cruise ship traveller. From better suggested locations for a suite to an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The extra room inside and on the balcony was perfect, dining time set, entertainment and tips to make the most of our vacation. In addition to that, making sure any personal requests were followed up closer to our voyage. Meeting with me to finalize and deliver our boarding documents. The service you provided was above and beyond.
