Isla Mujeres Airport

Isla Mujeres is a Mexican island in the Caribbean Sea, 13 kilometers off the Yucatán Peninsula coast. The island is some 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) long and 650 metres (2,130 ft) wide. To the east is the Caribbean Sea with a strong surf and rocky coast, and to the west the skyline of Cancún can be seen across the clear waters. In the 2010 census, the namesake town on the island had a population of 12,642 inhabitants. The island is part of the Isla Mujeres Municipality in the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Once a small fishing village, Isla Mujeres (meaning "Island of Women"), has become a favourite for travellers seeking natural beauty, island serenity and a slower pace of life—all without compromising its cultural traditions. It's a holiday destination known for beaches such as northern Playa Norte, resort hotels and for snorkeling and scuba diving on the surrounding coral reefs.

Everything was fabulous on the ship. Food was incredible and the staff made sure everything was to your satisfaction. The excursions were great as well. You weren't rushed in getting back the the ship. There was free time to explore on your own.
